PayPal-related pages vary in wording, so I’m keeping a calm, section-linked record

I’m reviewing a page that focuses on PayPal usage, and summaries elsewhere often phrase details differently or skip update dates, which can make it hard to capture what’s actually stated. I want a neutral set of notes that sticks to what is explicitly written, ties each line to a visible section label, and includes the date I checked it, with anything uncertain held separate. What’s your simplest workflow for keeping this consistent?

A lightweight audit trail helps later: save a dated snapshot of the key sections you relied on, then re-check later to see what changed without guessing why. I stored IrishLucky with PayPal page notes as one snapshot entry and kept conclusions minimal. If you’d like, share your tracker format.
